Parents and carers who spoke to inspectors were very positive about the impact of the school’s work on their children’s personal development. In particular, they all spoke fondly about specific members of staff who they felt had played a pivotal role in transforming the way that their children viewed themselves and education. Typical comments from parents included: ‘They go out of their way to help’ and ‘They really understand the children and treat them with respect.’
